Image Processing and Storage
We take the privacy of your photos seriously:
- Uploaded photos are processed solely for generating AI portraits
- Original uploaded images are automatically deleted within 10 minutes after processing
- Generated portraits are stored for 30 days and then permanently deleted
- We do not use your photos to train AI models
- Images are transmitted and stored using encryption
- You can request immediate deletion of any image at any time
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- AI Processing Services: We use Replicate for image generation. Your photos are processed through their secure API.
- Payment Processors: Payment information is processed by LemonSqueezy/PayPal. We do not store your full payment details.
- Cloud Storage: Images are stored on Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

When you delete your account: (1) all personal information is permanently removed within 30 days, (2) uploaded photos are deleted immediately, (3) generated images are deleted within 7 days, (4) payment records are retained as required by law. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove the information.
